Rugged Corrugated Steel Sidewall System
TITAN corrugated steel sidewalls are created from high quality 20 through 8 gauge galvanized steel with a tensile strength up to 65 ksi (448 mpa). Sidewall sheets are laminated together to provide greater strength on larger bins.
The 4.714" (11.97 cm) peak-to-peak corrugation of our sidewalls is 3/4" (1.905 cm) wider than that of our closest competitor, thus reducing the chance for material to collect on the sidewall.

Standard G 115 Galvanize OHers Superior Corrosion Resistance
G115 (350 g/m2) galvanize coating is used on all roof panels, sidewall sheets, and stiffeners. This provides ayer 25% more protection than the G90 (275 g/m2) industry standard, ensuring greater corrosion resistance and a longer life.

In addition, TITAN al so uses a superior J5 500 coating on all hardware. Zinc-coated 1/2" (1.27 cm) and 7/16" (1.11 cm) grade 8 bolts with serrated flange nuts are also used to provide maximum strength.

The TITAN "W" Stiffeners - Leading the Competition!
The exclusive TITAN exterior "w" stiffener is almost twice as strong as the closest competing stiffener. Designed to support the verticalload, the "w" . stiffener system provides supplemental strength that allows TITAN bins to reach sidewall heights exceeding 100 feet (30.48m)! It is also fully capable of supporting overhead cal walks and conveyors.

To eliminate the complex shear load splice connection, a plate-to-plate connecting system fuses the stiffener lengths and positively transfers the column. And because the "w" stiffen¬ers are located on the exterior of the bin, no grain accumulates on inside walls as with interior stiffeners.
